THE 8-STEP METHODOLOGY
Inquiry (ICPO)
Process starts with a formal ICPO. Must include CIS and soft Proof of Funds (POF) to ensure technical and financial viability.
Offer (FCO)
Respond with a Full Corporate Offer. Details specs, volumes, pricing (FOB/CIF), and specific payment terms.
Agreement (SPA)
Both parties sign the SPA. The legal foundation of trade, registered with respective banks under ICC regulations.
Financial Activation
Buyer activates financial instrument (SBLC MT760 / DLC MT700). Necessary to trigger logistics and production ops.
Logistics & Production
Supply chain activation. Moving goods from farm/plant to port, ensuring packing and quality standards are absolute.
Inspection (SGS)
Cargo move to port for SGS/Bureau Veritas inspection. Certified quantity and quality before vessel loading.
Payment & Title
Presentation of original shipping documents triggers final payment. Ownership officially transferred to Buyer.
Discharge
Vessel reaches destination. Buyer receives real-time documentation for seamless customs clearance.

Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order. Must be on letterhead, signed and sealed, detailing target price and bank coordinates.
SPA
Trade Contract
Sales and Purchase Agreement. The primary binding contract between Buyer and Seller, detailing specs and schedule.
POF / RWA
Financial Proof
Proof of Funds or Ready, Willing and Able letter from the buyer's institution, showing liquidity verification.

We typically work with SBLC MT760 or DLC MT700 (Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, and Operative). For trial orders, MT103 (30% deposit / 70% against docs) is also common.
Stock inspection policy? expand_more
Stock inspection is typically coordinated at the loading port during the final inspection phase. Visits to processing plants are arranged for recurring contract clients after initial due diligence.

Yes, for annual contracts involving SBLCs, we provide a 2% Performance Bond (PB) to the buyer's bank after the operative instrument is confirmed.
